Reuniting all three Eliason Realty Offices under family ownership after 39 years
[April 9, 2024] – Eliason Realty of the North, LLC, a prominent real estate firm with a long-standing legacy in Wisconsin’s Northwoods, proudly announces the acquisition of Eliason Realty of Land O’ Lakes, previously under the ownership of Gary Goska. This strategic acquisition brings the three Eliason Realty offices back under family ownership for the first time since 1985.
Established in 1961 by twin brothers Dick and Don Eliason, Eliason Realty has been a cornerstone in the local real estate market that has grown to over $100 Million in annual sales. The addition of the Land O’ Lakes office signifies a significant milestone, reuniting all three offices and reinforcing the company’s commitment to serving the communities of Wisconsin’s Northwoods and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
Gary Goska, who had owned the Land O’ Lakes and Eagle River Eliason Realty offices since 1985, has chosen to pass the baton to the next generation. Goska sold the Eagle River office to Dick Eliason back in 2001. Diane Misina and Richelle Kruse, along with their husbands John Misina and Tim Kruse, are excited to acquire the Land O’ Lakes office and work to blend the strengths of the Land O' Lakes team with the Eliason company.
